Poetry: Lost love

by Michelle Gilmour

Created on: January 05, 2009

How could you

I'm so alone

And I can't even describe how I feel

Lonely

Dark

Hopeless

Cold

Broken

Bitter

Disgusted

Forgotten

Will I ever be able to climb out of this hole

People look right through me

But they don't see

They have no idea

How I struggle with a bullet every day

You knew

I trusted you

I let you in

You said forever

You're just like all the others

You abandoned me
