Recipes: Honey glazed carrots

Honey Carrots

3 tablespoons butter

4 cups sliced carrots (carrots purchased with top on taste fresher when prepared)

4 tablespoons orange juice (from a fresh orange)

1 and 1/2 teaspoons salt

1/2 teaspoon ginger

4 tablespoons honey

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Cover and cook over low heat 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serves 6.
