OH! DAY TIME!
There is never a dull moment when I look upon the beauty of the day.
What a power the sun, that golden globe, places within our lives.
What refreshment the rain.
How could we gather together with families and friends without the
Coolness of the breeze.
The clouds give us food for our imaginations, to see within them
Creations of our own thought.
How can we describe the mystery of seeing the brother and sister
Together at the same instant - Pale moon on one side
And bright sun on the other - of the great, wide sky.
On those dark and wet days, what a scary beauty is the jagged
Hide and seek of lightning bolts and their echo thunder
That scare the dogs and children and, yes, me sometimes.
And do not forget for a moment the constant, changing montage
Of living things - birds, squirrels, turtles, mosquitoes -
All things large and little - That live Out their lives
As though man doesn't exist, or hardly anyway.
And flowers and grass and trees and even weeds,
They're all a part of the gift.
Oh, thank you God, for all of this and so much more.
And there is never a dull moment in the beauty of the day.
We thank all of the participants in this gigantic, collosal,
Breath-taking production that quietly begins, moves,
And then bows to the night.
The whole clockwork seems to be without any effort by anyone.
Yet so it always is with a work of art!
We thank all who had a part in this gift of beauty.
And tomorrow - a whole new drama - the same, and yet
Constantly new. Amazing to children -
And others who take the time to see.

A beautiful day will be this,
it is the day when the Universe

Beautiful Days
Young and old, lost and found, join the throng of the individual
by tt
Days like today are beautiful.
Quiet and still.
I hear a sprinkler clicking in the background; very faint.
The sun is
In the rain or shine,
Under cloud or moon;
Weather pay no mind,
As you soon will find.
A thin rainbow in the sky,
To lighten
Beautiful, a child describes today,
My heart feels the same way.
Look at the sky,
See the Sun, shines bright.
