Natural cures for kidney stones

Keeping the Kidney Healthy is Important.

Can you imagine giving birth to a grapefruit through your nose, a deer from your ear, or a bear out of your hair? This would be incredibly painful! This is what passing a kidney stone is like. What is wonderful is that starting right now you can begin a routine that will lead to healthy kidneys and prevent kidney stones.

The kidneys secrete urine which is the primary way for toxins to leave the body. The body unfortunately can sometimes malfunction and stones of various composition can begin to form inside the urine. Before we begin talking about slicing people open and putting tubes inside of them to break up kidney stones let's talk about how to prevent both kidney stones and prevent needing to put tubes inside of people. A health routine that prevents kidney stones is a worthwhile endeavour for one's health.

Let's imagine what happens if someone wanted to make a kidney stone! First they will stop drinking enough water and liquids creating only a narrow, slow trickle of urine emerging from the kidneys. This will make the urine unhealthily acidic. Then they will overheat their body thereby reducing the amount of water in the body which decreases their urine flow even more. They will eat foods that kidney stones like to form from like chocolate and coffee, tomatoes and steaks, soft drinks beans, berries and rhubarb pie. Imagine in this slow disgusting trickle of overheated and acidic urine the ingredients from these foods combining to form a kidney stone! Imagine this stone sitting painfully inside of the body. It will make you groan on the throne while you moan to your doctor on the phone!

The kidneys can't prevent kidney stones if they are not fed enough water. We will always take unseen things like kidneys for granted, but really it is the unseen things inside of all of us that keep us healthy and alive. Increasing the output of liquid from the kidneys is the easiest, safest, least intrusive way of ensuring that the ingredients that would have otherwise created kidney stones will be swept in a cyclone of water out of the body. Therefore making sure you drink enough water as well as eat water rich foods. Some people with a propensity for kidney stones may need to drink water, exercise, and avoid certain foods. Other people with a propensity for kidney stones may just need to drink water, exercise, and try to reduce their obesity by avoiding high-calorie high-carbohydrate foods.
