Writing is probably one of the simplest things to do and writing can have many rewards if it is done right. Writing is a lot like writing music because a person will only write when they have something that they want to share with others.
Writing is something that everyone can do, writing is nothing more than an idea that a person has. Anyone who wants to write has to be prepared to take criticism from time to time and except that not everyone will like what they have written.
Anyone who is going to write and publish things has to be confident and proud of what they have written because once the writing is published, it is out there forever.
I have written many things and there are things that I have written that I liked a lot and than there were those not so great writings, and than there are those writings that I look back on and wonder why I ever published them in the first place.
Writing is something that a person has to enjoy because if a person writes just to write, it is going to show how much time and thought was put into the writing. Going back to the music theory, some of the best songs ever recorded happened because there was a personal connection between the song and the writer.
A good writing will have a connection to the person writing the article. A good writing will not have run on sentences, grammar will be correct. Sentences will be short and the writing will stay on point, if a writer starts to drift from the main idea or the focus of the writing starts to get lost, than the writer needs to find a way to bring the focus back and when bringing the focus back to the main topic, explain why the writing may have went a little of topic, so the reader does not think that the writer is incoherent with their thoughts.
The last paragraph written is actually to long, shorter sentences will help the reader remember the writing they are reading and retain the main points. A good writing will have an opening, a body, and it will have a closing, and it will flow from the beginning to the end. After a reader has read what you have written, they should not be left with any questions.
Every writing should answer any questions that the reader might have, and if a person who is writing the article or the story thinks that there might be questions about what has been written, than as a writer explain it for the reader so that question will disappear and the reader can focus on the rest of the writing.
