The desire to become indicates hope.
Without a longing to become something more than what I am
life would be without

To become that which i've always hated
Thirst for blood which must be sated
I am evil, thats not debated
I've become that which

O Lord let me become like You,

Now in all that I say and do,

Sanctify me Lord deep within,

Cleanse away the dross and sin,

Mud and Blood

How many times
did I leave you
at the step?
How hard
did you knock?
How long
did you stay?
How many times did

To become something new
I have to be true
in every second and minute
of the day
discovering what my heart
wants to say.
