It went so quickly, turning Fifty!
So young, vibrant, full-of-life.
Looking back, such a young girl,
smiling and laughing, and endlessly dreaming.
Now, here I am, a mere eight years older,
How I could cherish, being a little bolder.
The time passed so fast!
What happened to my past?
Here I struggle, to fit in these tight jeans, lol.
Put on that make-up, lighten up the crowd.
Curl my hair, fix it just perfect.
Well, I wish I could.
Or, maybe I should.
Oh, at this age, who knows anymore?
What fun it would be, to just be turning Fifty!
