It is worth taking the risk. We have to think about our futures, oils will not be there forever. Oil stocks are being exhausted fast and in coming years there will be no oil. How the power will be generated then? We have not found any other better alternative yet. Even some fay better alternative source of fuel is invented still it will take time to adapt the existing machineries to suit the new sources of fuel to run the generating units.

Nuclear power is in use in many places for power generation. Know hows about nuclear fuel is increasing everyday leading the personnel to improve safety features. It is becoming more and more safer than it was when it first came into use for power generation units. It will improve further as the researches keeps on going.

We can not imagine a scenario that oil reserve almost exhausting and yet world is not prepare to face the energy needs from some other sources. Can you imagine a situation that someday world's power generation units are shutting down one by one as no more oil fuel available to run? We have to take the risk of nuclear powered generated electricity to save our civilizations. It is already in use and we have to imrove the know hows and safeties more to make it a safe and accepatble alternative energy of fuel.

The saying goes on, "No risk, no gain". It is applicable for nuclear energy sources also. When first airplane for commercial use came into being it was not that safe, as it is now. That really did not stop more and more airplanes coming into operation. Over the year it has developed and reached to much higher level of safety. As more more nuclear energy operated power generation units are established and come into operation, safety features will keep on improving and some day we may have know hows of completely safe use of nuclear fuel. Dependency on fossil fuel will start reducing and it will be a smooth transition of means for power generation fossil fuel to neuclear energy.

As neclear fuel takes over greater shares gradually, it will be equally importatnt for the world's watch dogs to monitor that how it is being used. The facility of having neuclear power avalable is not being misused and being deviated from its intended purpose of usages. World bodies have to make stringent rules and regulation for controlling safety as well stopping misuse.

No doubt it is a risk by making sources of nuclear power available to many, but the risk is worth taking considering the grim future ahead when there will be no more fuel available.
