I have fallen from the family tree
There's nothing else to do,
But to pack my bag for Cincinnati
My sin? I have no clue
Maybe it was something I said
Or didn't say, I guess,
Whatever it was, I'm led
To think I made some mess
I'm finally leaving town
They'll be happy to hear,
No more family clown
No more blaming, it's clear
The door will slam, they'll see
They'll miss me when I go,
Who cares about a family tree?
Bunch of rotten roots, and so
I have fallen from the family tree
There's nothing else to do,
This branch is breaking free
I'm "leafing" to start anew
