How you can recognize a good listener

It doesn't take very much to be a good listener and recognize one. Listen skills are something that every human has. We have the ability to listen to what someone says to people. Many of us fail to listen and wonder why we get in trouble at times. Often we fail to listen in a business meeting due to a variety of reasons. Here are four tips on how you can recognize a good listener.

A good listener often repeats your words in their mind. They listen to the tone in your voice. They watch your body language. They remember the exact words that you said. They pick up on frequently used words spoken by you.

A good listener is like an observer. They sense things. Have you ever met a person that knew a ton about you within minutes? He or she is a good listener. They can read you very easy. It takes skill for someone to read you within minutes, but often we give away the signals without us even realize that we gave it away.

A good listener can understand our words that we speak. They can understand the underlying meaning of what we say. We don't have to explain it. They simply know what we mean. A good listener usually never fails at what they do best is listening.

One thing to be concerned about is that good listeners can often be con mans or womanizers. You have to watch out for these type of people. They can destroy your life in months or years. Be careful of anyone who has a shady past that he or she will not reveal when faced with questions.

A person only hides a shady past when they have something to hid or he wants to build a new life with no past connections to old people. You want to be careful of someone who has left everything behind and started a new life elsewhere. This should be a red flag.

If a older person doesn't own hardly anything to their name and they start a new life somewhere else then ask why. Do a background check. Some cons and womanizers don't even tell their real name or they go by fake names. Make sure do a criminal background check on most people. Cons and womanizers try to gain your trust over and over before they screw you over somehow.

Some womanizers and con mans have never been caught at what they have done. You might have to end up calling or contact some of the old people in the area he is from in order to find out more information regarding the individual. You may have to do some digging on the Internet or hire an private investigator to find out information on the individual. If they come up clean on a background check it doesn't mean they are clean, but simply they haven't been caught.
