Students, models and fashionistas from all backgrounds like to save on some items so that they can splurge on others. Many budget fashion stores get great deals on luxury items like cashmere sweaters, leather gloves and silk scarves. Unless you shop in a budget store yourself it's impossible to tell where such luxury items came from.
