How to win at Monopoly

I believe that Monopoly is 50% Luck and 50% strategy. Because you have to stop and think when you are rolling dice you have to know that if you are playing with a large group of people that the way you roll is totally different than when you are only playing with a couple people. Your odds change depending on how many people play and also depending on where you are sitting. I have played with five people before and the last person would always end up in jail. Then I realized that his odds were greater at hitting the doubles than the person who is rolling first. The other thing about this game is why people fill that they have to buy everything they land on when you get past the first round of rolls.

Another good hint to win monopoly is to make sure that you watch the other players buying habits there are many people who never pay this any mind because they figure what good will it do for me to watch what they are buying. Remember that you have certain spots that you will land on all most every time you go around the board one being, Illinois Avenue, and then you have Jail, and also the B&O railroad. You would be better off owning the Railroads instead of the utilities. Another way to make sure that you are not just allowing someone to buy the board is when you get put in jail just go ahead and pay the 50 dollars instead of trying to roll the doubles three times. When ever you decide to build the goal is to build three houses as quickly as possible. This raises your rent by a great amount. The amounts are almost double from what you were getting before.

How many times have you found yourself one or two spots away from the space that you need. The odds are really against anyone who is hoping they will roll a two when they need it. And when playing this game you really do not want the lower income properties because you would have to get all three properties and then you have to turn right around and buy three or more houses and then you have to wait and hope you earn your money back from what you just had to spend in repairs.

There is one part of this game that no matter who you are and no matter how old you are you will always get excited if you draw the card that says advance to go and collect your 200 dollars. No matter who you are you will always either do your little dance or you will be one of those people who rub into everyone's face that is playing with you this is a common side effect of Monopoly. There are many more though you will most likely start
