Gather round you young and old
Sing Auld Lang Syne and then be bold
Raise your glass and be of good cheer
Toast the start of another year
Resolutions may be plenty or few
Who will keep them? Probably not you
Raise your glass and be of good cheer
Toast the start of another year
May your problems be far off and few
Here's your chance to start anew
Raise your glass and be of good cheer
Toast the start of another year
Forget your woes, they belong in the past
Just hope this year won't be be your last
Think of world peace and hold it dear
Toast the start of another year
