Every woman who willingly participates in sexual intimacy has the right to choose. She has the right to choose not to have sexual intercourse if she is unprepared to give birth to a child. Before having sex, is the time to choose. Once a woman is pregnant, her right to choose includes keeping the baby or giving it up for adoption. Because the termination of life by another is murder, even rape victims do not have the right to choose murder of the unborn. To kill an unborn baby is murder. Once an egg is fertilized, it is a human being. I believe this because God tells us we are known before we are conceived in our mother's womb. Even for atheists, science proves that the fertilized egg is a life in development.

Yes, I know there are many different scenarios through which women, and girls too young to be pregnant, find themselves in and feel alone and confused. No matter what the circumstances, unless a person is threatening your life, you have no right to take theirs. Too often, the reason for abortion is given that the mother's life is in danger. This does happen, but not in the great numbers recorded by doctors.

If the Hippocratic Oath states, "first, do no harm", any doctor who performs an abortion has broken this oath and is unfit to practice medicine. Abortion is not birth control. Abortion is being irresponsible. Young girls, pressured to have sex, that become pregnant, do not need the added trauma of murdering an unborn child. Pregnancy would be more difficult for a young teen, but not as detrimental to their emotional and spiritual health as an abortion would be.

Rape is an extremely traumatic even for women of any age. They may despise the rapist, but the unborn child is innocent and still carries fifty percent of the mother's DNA. What gives any female the right to destroy a part of herself that took a miracle from God to create in the first place? Incest is another reason given as a woman's right to abort. The tragedies in our lives do not give us the right to murder. While it would be difficult to carry such a child to term and give birth, many people are willingly to adopt such a child.

Selfishness is the act that must be overcome before women realize that they have no right to choose the brutal destruction of an unborn child. God provides the soul that belongs to each fertilized egg. When that soul is murdered by suctioning out of the womb in pieces, that soul will exist in the eternal spiritual afterlife. What a horror to know that God will confront each woman who aborted a soul entrusted to her. What greater horror will abortionists face on the day of judgement when the multitudes of souls are lain at the feet of these murderers?

Yes, a woman has a right to choose. She can choose to be responsible or live with the inconvient consequences.
