Setting a time table for troops withdrawal in Iraq is a huge military mistake. Weather or not you believe Americansshouldbe in Iraq or not, you should not support a timetable for our troops to be out. The problem with a timetable is it gives the enemy to much information. A timetable in Iraq will just be music to the ears of terroristfightingagainst Americans. Here is what will happen if a timetable for Iraq is created for removing troops.

once a timetable for removing troops from Iraq is created, our enemy will rejoice and Iraq will go into a calm. Americans will bereadingin there newspapers andseeingon the news that Iraq has become very silent. It will be extremely calm, and not very violent. Americans will be happy to seesigns of peace in Iraq. At first all may look good on the outside.
But on the inside and on the ground in Iraq and other countries that terrorist reside and train in beforebeingsent to Iraq or other countries to carry out what they say is the word of the their religion; they will be planning for their next big move. America will move most of the their troops out, but not all of them. We will eave small groups back to finish some finaltrainingof Iraqi security forces. America will not initially withdraw, every American fighting man, there will still be American advisor on the ground. They will just be less protected with no American fighting battalions protecting them.
While the enemy waits for the magical day that the American troopswithdrawal, they will be planning to overthrown the new government that many Americans had died to help build. Giving the enemy an exact date that most American forces will be out, will be handing over Iraq to them. It is known to most that the enemy does not want a country in the Middle East that is influenced so much by the west. The first chance they will get they will try and wipe it off the map; look at Israel. the only difference with Iraq, is they are no wear near as strong as Israel and area lot bigger with many more miles of boarder to try and control.
After America leaves the enemy will come into Iraq and the calm that came up during the count down of American troop withdrawal will be ended. Death in Iraq would become much worse, then it was when the Americans were there protecting, them because know there will not be a 21st centuryfightingforce protecting them.
Even if you do not agree with the war in Iraq and want the American troops out, you can not deny thefactsof what will happen if America creates atime linefor troop withdrawal from Iraq. You can not give the enemy theknowledgeofknowingwhen we will be out, if the decision towithdrawalis decided upon.
