DREAMS

A clear vision in life will take us to greater heights.

As Abdul Kalam says "You have to dream before your dreams come true". To achieve big success in life, we need to dream and have a clear vision about it.

Kiran Mazumdar Shaw dreamt of a biotech company and she achieved it. Now she is the pride owner of Biocon and popularly called as "Biotechnology Queen". She started her company in a car shed with an investment of Rs.10, 000 in 1978. Her bank loans were turned down because "Biotechnology" was a new word during those times and she had no assets. Now to our wonder she is one of the richest person in India and she created the biggest biopharmaceutical firm in India.

Another typical example for clear vision was Narayanamurthy (Infosys). He started his firm with seven people and a capital of Rs.10, 000 in 1981. He explains that situation as "We were short of money those times but we were very long on hope."that hope led them to create a kingdom for them. He had a vision and dream and achieved it.

MS Dhoni was a boy of poor family. He is the youngest son of Pan Singh and Devaki Dev. His father didn't have money to afford for the big family. Dhoni started his sports career as a goal keeper in football. With his keeping ability he impressed the coach and joined cricket. His dream and vision of becoming a star made him work hard and now he is celebrated as one of the best captains in the world.

Climbing to the top demands strength, whether it is to the top of Mount Everest or to the top of your career. If we dream and work continuously towards it we can also become future Kirans, Narayanamurthy and MS Dhoni. Field of interest is not important, how much dedication and commitment we show towards it is more important.

Dreaming is not important, but our action plan towards it is more important. Dreaming about our aim or target gives us strength on our way to success. It develops our interest towards our goal. Our dreams are our good companions on the road to success. They alsorefresh our mind. It is just a model before we see our successful building.

Thoughts to actions;

Actions to character and

Character to destiny"
