According to the research made by nutrition expert, there are some type of foods, vitamins and minerals that can effectively increase your sperms. Foods which contain antioxidant is proven to help sperms from damaged and not functions.
Sperms quality is usually affected by the foods which contain this antioxidant. This has been proved by the test made by the nutrition expert. According to the test, male which are taking less fruits and vegetables have a low quality of sperms. This is because the effect from the lack of antioxidant.
Antioxidant glutahatione and crypthoxanthin are mostly found in the green vegetable such as mustard, broccoli, spinach, edible water-convolvulus and other green vegetable. Tomato is also said to have lots of this vitamins. Taking more zinc, folic acid, chromium, selenium and coenzyme Q10 is also said will increase the sperms quality and metabolise. Apart from that, vitamin C, Vitamin E and Vitamin B complex is also proven can help to produce a quality sperms.
Caffeine is said can decrease sperms quality. It is recommended not to take too much food which contains caffeine such as coffee, Nescafe, Coke, Pepsi and other which is known to have caffeine. It's not that I'm saying you shouldn't take foods which contain caffeine at all, but if you want to have a quality sperms, you should take less caffeine. Healthy lifestyle such as exercise at least 30 minutes on a daily basis or if it's not possible, at least 3 times a week, decrease your weight, don't drink spirits and quit smoking is another key to a quality sperms.
Healthy lifestyle not only increases the quality of your sperms but you can stay healthy and away from those sickness and viruses. As like decrease your weight, you will surely stay healthier and away from diabetes. Exercise is formally known as a way to stay healthy because when you exercise, your body produces an amount of sweat, sweating is good for health as it get rid of all the toxic in your body. Drinking and smoking are a bad habit and is not good for health. People from the entire globe already known about this fact. But, there are plenty more who keep drinking and smoking as it has already became a habits and is very hard to get rid of.
Lastly, don't use very tight underwear as it can increase the temperature of your testis and affect the process of producing sperms. If you happen to have a low sperms quantity, I suggest that you go and see the doctor as there are some urology problems that can cause infertile such as varicocele which can be cured by an operation. If you want to increase and have a healthy sperms, you should care about your nutrition and life a healthy lifestyle.
