The Circadian rhythm is the clock of all time
Tick tock sweep the beat
Another insomniacs rhyme
My day is the night, my sun is the moon
Its six p in the evening, and I'm waking up soon
This is the part where the dusk starts my dawn
A splash on my canvas , seven a.m. and I yawn
Circadian rhythm the clock of all time
Tick tick top see- turv- ve
Cant sleep but its fine
I'm woke while they sleep
Its Insomniac online
With a click on the mouse
I'm the king of the house
Punch drunk without drink nor wine
Inflated on Helium , while tapping on keys
I own it, cause the night is mine
Yep
The Circadian rhythm is the clock of all time
Tick tock sweeps the beat
Of another insomniacs rhyme

Poetry: Insomnia
Take a pill for this and take a pill for that
Lock the doors, turn out the lights and don't forget the cat
Put on your pj's
I’m trapped again in this dizzy dance
Where I writhe alone, spinning
In this restless trance.
Back and forth as the tide
by Gemma Toner
Insomnia
No sleep.
No escape.
She is haunting the house now, moving like shadow;
Light as a whisper in the almost- morning
No
by Jon Coe
I wish to sleep, on heavy eyes
just one minute, please tantalize
But alas, as soon as I begin to dream
I am awakened, by this
by C.M. Tucker
If windows would close long enough,
Maybe unexpected dreams would rise
And challenge pain
That keeps insomnia company.
