Disappearing on Death Row

by Stan Hall

Created on: December 22, 2008

How many of those that are on Death Row, are actually guilty of murder? Stop and think for a moment. What happens if we put to death an innocent man/women.?
There is no answer to my question, we have no way to find out for sure, not just beyond a reasonable doubt, but FOR SURE. Only God can judge, and only God can kill, we are not God, yet we kill one and another for stupid reasons, Money, Lust, Sex, Jealous, there are many reasons that we kill one and another. I have lost my faith in God, I don't like this world the way it is, I personally wish I could choose the right to die myself, I hate what we have become, and I hate the way people act. Bill Gates, and Warren Buffet have enough money between the two of them to create a health care for all the United States. But they won't they want more money, and more money, sure they give here and there, in comparison if I give one penny a year, to charity, that is what they give, the same amount. based on how much money they have. If I had one billion Dollars, there would not be a hungry person in Ontario Canada, or a homeless person in Ontario. And probably the rest of Canada once I got started. It would take some time, but with the interest I would make on a billion dollars it would sure go a long way. But back to my question, Who is really guilty, and should deserve to die, Remember for sure they did the crime!

For sure if they did the crime they should be put to death, or should they? Remember do we honestly have a system other then the jury system to correctly identify a person that has murdered another human being? We as of yet do not have the perfect system. As in my country of Canada we don't have a death penalty. however in the Untied States they do have it. The problem is we have three kinds of justice. Justice one is for those of means, those that have lots of money they have a different justice. Secondly those who don't have any money, can't really find justice. And last but not least there is a different justice for women and for immigrants. Lastly those who bilk millions of dollars from people do less then a year in jail Those that rob someone for ten dollars spend ten years behind bars. is that right? I say not. it's like the tax system we have here in Canada, we pay fifteen percent on everything, which is crap. The fair thing is just think you buy a 20 thousand dollar car you have to add another fifteen percent. How many people can afford a new car.

Justice is blind, and can be bought for a price anywhere in the world. and that itself is wrong.
