Past and Future Influence On Your Abundance
If you're a past or future liver, stop where you are! Now, come back to the present! I want to give you a Free Gift, but only if you stay with me in the present!
You may think you were here all the time, but I would wager that if you have the television on, or a radio, or have a big problem in your life, you were not present in the present when I momentarily brought you back! What a tragedy!
Someone once said, "Life is a trance," an ongoing state of moving from one trance to another. When you awaken from one trance, you immediately enter another. I'm not sure I agree 100% with that, but I will agree that many people do live a large portion of their lives outside the present! Let me explain.
The present is this very moment in time. The ever changing seconds of our lives that is our present. As the clock ticks the seconds away, each second that passes becomes the past. Each future second is the future! For each second that passes, what was done in those seconds is gone! There is nothing that can be done to undo what was done in those seconds. They are archived in our memory and can only be reviewed there as a memory. Many memories and their details can fade with time, but those that were anchored with strong emotions, like marriage, births, deaths, etc., can often be recalled with great clarity and detail!
On the other hand, past traumatic or negative memories from past seconds can be archived and hidden or suppressed where they can fester and rot and give off poison that can affect a person's life on an unconscious level!
Everyone is capable of reliving the past in their memories. For example, if I told you to recall some of the happiest moments of your life, I doubt that you'd have much trouble coming up with a few. Now, pick one of the memories that you'd consider the best! (For me, it would be a toss-up between my marriage 37 years ago, and the birth of any of my four children.)
OK, now come back to the present! Welcome back! You were just momentarily absent from the present!
Let's now look at the future. Think about what you will be doing an hour from now. How about tomorrow? What about next week, next month, next year? How about 10 years from now? OK, come back! You were just in the future in your mind. (Remember, stay with me in the present, or you won't get your gift!)
We've already established that the past is archived in memory, and there is nothing you can do to change what happened other than maybe regret, celebrate
