A new society culturally sustained with peace

As we flip through the pages of history, we can see where the future is not; to keep history from repeating itself, we must learn its lessons.

The beginning of a new society of people consenting to govern themselves began when people agreed to ordain and establish a supreme law to establish justice, ensure domestic tranquility, provide for the common (heart), and promote (equality). They agreed to secure these essential blessings of community to future generations. Their collective power and knowledge was sovereign.

Power and knowledge was embodied in local inhabitants, established community leaders, gentlemen leading by example, commanding respect because of their learned stature. Their political acuity, and love of country inspired their neighbors to nominate them, and elect them to serve, not has politicos, but as the go-between the governed and government. Their age gave them life experience which gave them wisdom. Their elected numbers was to be equal to that of the legislative branch of government.

Government was to be limited in scope and physically kept young. Representatives and senators could not be inhabitants. Representatives, whose number increased with population not to exceed one for every thirty thousand, had to be 25 years old. Senators, two from each state: 30 years old.

The executive branch was to be a single politico living as an exemplar, giving the world and example to emulate.

The judiciary was to instill the sound principles of equity derived from a general consensus, a consensus that must be general in purpose as well as its nature to be culturally applicable.

The principles of their culture-dependent republican government were taken to great depths, deeper than science and technology allows, they reached the human soul; but they knew they would need a reminder to keep the governed and government on a course leading into the future rather than history. Hence, the preamble of their constitution.

At its very beginning, the new society grew, and had grown beyond its capability to agree before their culture-dependent republican government governed; inadequate communication technology, diversity of new people, and the secret quest of those out to acquire, control, and protect material wealth confused, delayed, and obscured the intentions of forming 'a more perfect' union; but the principles of a culture-dependent republican government remain.
