Is marriage a legal or religious institution?

There has been much confusion with marriage over some centuries...

Romeo and Juliet had their differences and problems, but the arrange marriage worked, but it doesn't mean it always will.

In many religions particulary islam it does not force two parties to marry unless a spark arouses between them and the marriage is done properly.

In Islam, it is half of religion to marry somebody and settle down with them as it had many protections and blessings, but never force.

Arranging is ok, but not if it leads to force, if the two parties do not wish to marry it is their choice to terminate what they didn't want their parents to get involved with because the al-mighty and their own children know jolly well the best of what they want.

Arranging arises much confusion as this is better done at ones own expense to learn the hard way and from their own mistakes.

It is nothing more than a religious blessing, Muslims will not be in trouble by their Lord for not Marrying as long as they lived rightously although marriage is best, but they really don't have to because the Almighty didn't say i force all my slaves to marry

Even in Christianity they follow mostly the same Rules as Islam they don't allow certain things to be done before being married and to protect ones self from harm.

Marriage only becomes legal when it gets mixed into something like visa or other type of things.

To make one legal they have to marry in the country they would like to live in.

The marriage is only legal providing they have solid proof they aren't married any where else around the world especially while getting married in England or maybe some places in Europe as i personally don't know much about the law over there as i am purely British.

The law gets involved with people who break those rules in England and they could be sent to court and because of bigamy and could be sent to prison for a period of 2-6 years it all depends on how long this was kept a secret for.

Other stuff will include transexual marriages these are now legal provided everything is out in the open to avoid complications.

Homosexuals can now wed under some laws and in Britain its become totally legal for them to be married.

Divorce is provided in Islam if their is no other way to patch it up although lots of chances need to be given to both parties to sort it out.

It is halal, but its the most harmful and worst of the things you can do that the Al-mighty dislikes.

It takes up to a period of three Months when the Women needs to
