What is normal? The paranormal was normal in my daily interactions working with individuals with severe autism.Struggling with outdated beliefs left many of them with this diagnosis at odds with themselves.
Neurologically typical people have a shared reality based on similar perceptions. Individuals with autism with severely disrupted sensory channels do not share that common experience. Their altered viewpoint has so much to educate individuals who step outside the box and listen. It is time these individuals be listened to, even if not fully understand.
Typical sensory experiences and perceptions differ from their experiences. Thus, their basic concept of reality also differs. Trying to get these individuals with autism to fit the parameters of our reality has left them at odds with themselves.
I suspect that many of the kids I have worked with are enlightened, spiritual savants. Because of their significant language, movement, and sensory issues, the untrained eye does not recognize them. Many of my students appeared physically uncomfortable. This discomfort may have encouraged them not to integrate fully in their bodies, which in turn allowed for a stronger connection with the subconscious or spirit. Coming from this higher vibration, where all information is instantaneous and not dependent on sensory channels, appears to be their reality. My students appeared to align with my energy field in a way that allows them to feel comfort. This form of entrainment enables them to suppress their own chaotic motion; thus, lowering their vibrations to a level that balances their knowing to a point where they can demonstrate a stream of consciousness. We serve as a catalyst for each other. I serve as a link to help them understand our communication system. They, in turn, appear to raise my vibration and increase my knowledge of mystical states. Thus, far, I have not become proficient in their world, nor have they in mine. However, I believe, we both have benefited from the entanglement. I speculate that our two energies formed together could be forming a third, distinct vibration. Since, I am able to anticipate what they are going to type, I am fully aware that information transcribed can be influenced by my personal bias. For example, when I "telepathically" project a mental prompt, they consistently type or say it word for word. They have said that I send strong like radio waves. If I became confused or unfocussed, my students lost their ability to respond accurately.
As paranormal experiences become more acceptable, I ascertain ever-evolving changes in perspective will eventually lead to exploration of vibration connections. With the help of these remarkable souls, our current understanding of consciousness will dramatically evolve.
