I am dreaming of a better life. The problem is that I have been dreaming now for a long time. I long to see it come to fruition, I long to know what to do to make it a dream come true. I wish for it, I hope for it and I dream about it, but it seems so elusive. How do I make it happen? What do I do?

This life that I dream of is a simple life, with a lake outside in my backyard, it has wide windows that cover a whole wall. I can look outside as far as the eye can see and see...well, outside.

I question if it's for me, this better life I see. Who knows maybe, well what can it be. I long for the happiness that comes with it. Maybe it's not for me. I have cutouts in my scratchbook of what the dream life could be. The life that I would like to have, but what good is dreaming if dreaming never takes you down that path. For someone to push you and encourage you, to achieve it yes, it's true, but when do I get there and is it only for you.

I long for a better life, I dream of it everyday, but how do I get there. Is it by driving or hiking or swimming no one really knows, but what I want to know is, how do I get there? I'm dreaming of a better life, it's warm and happy and carefree. I'm dreaming of a better life, the one I imagine is for me. I'm dreaming of a better life, oh how happy would I be. I'm dreaming of a better life, how life would be grand. If someone would help me, please help me, lend me a hand. I'm dreaming of a better life with happiness all around. I'm dreaming of a better life, no more dreaming, I'm better life bound.

I'm dreaming of a better life, I wonder how it will feel, to live it, to experience it, how will it be. Looking at pictures and dreaming are definitely not the same. Dreaming of a better life, dreaming of living it, of being it, of being a part of it, of it being a part of me. I'm dreaming of a better life, this one I have now is not so good. I'm dreaming of a better life, no more dreaming, how do I stop. To move from dreaming to doing what a challenge, what a thrill. I think I just might do it, I think that I probably will.

When dreaming of a better life, no need to stop, to look, to listen, but doing to achieve a better life takes action and pulling. I'm better life bound, no more dreaming it's true. I'm better life bound, no it is for me and not just for you. No more dreaming, just living each day through and through. I'm better life bound, no more dreaming, it's true.
