I love.
It seems that age erodes my looks
and sense of youth I used to know
but I don't mind it very much
it seems as age improves your glow
and whilst I stand and look on you
all snuggled tightly up in bed
I splendour at your wealth in life
and thank all Gods from in my head.
I'm sure those maidens of this Earth
would understand and comprehend
that though their beauty is okay
it can't compare to yours, my friend
my lover, wife and confidant
if life, a church, then you're it's font!

the beat to my heart,
the smoke in my lungs.

your scent your love, your eyes

As I look in your eyes
I see such love there
That special kind of love
Together we share
It is a love so gentle

To be with you,
My fallen angel.

eyes that draw me closest
to my heart of knowing
We stroll by sunset
down a snow covered path
