Are You Addicted to MySpace?
MySpace has been around for a few years now, and the masses seem to love it. Do you? A constant question in the Internet community is 'Is MySpace addicting?' There is no definite answer to this question. We have compiled a simple list to help alleviate the doubt. But it is truly up to you to decide. Ask yourself these simple questions to find out if you are addicted to MySpace.
1) You play Mobsters so much when someone cuts you off in traffic you wonder how much it would cost to hit list them.
2) You buy and sell friends like they are a commodity on the open market.
3) You know what PC4PC means and have been very successful with it.
4) You have over 500 friends and have only met 2 of them.
5) You take pictures of yourself and post them for the world to see, hoping someone will tell you how attractive you are.
6) You fill out surveys that detail everything you have done that day, because somehow it's important for the entire world to know exactly what you had for breakfast and how many red objects are near your computer. Really, this important stuff!
7) If someone irritates you they are removed from your "top friends" and that is a major insult.
8) Your name for the world to see is "FurryBunnyFists."
9) You post blogs telling the world what you have done since breakfast, or that you are currently sleeping: thinking anyone really cares.
10) You celebrate your birthday and New Years on MySpace.
11) You know what <div> or <style> means.
12) You hate it when you can't access a profile because they have set it to private.
13) Since reading this article you have checked your MySpace messages several times.
14) You have bots to aid you in MySpace activities for the rare moments you are not sitting at the computer.
15) You change your layout every other day.
16) You know apps are broken before Tom tells you.
17) You know who Tom is and you email him periodically.
18) When at parties you give out your MySpace URL instead of your phone number.
19) You check your MySpace when you first wake up and right before you go to bed, and several times in between.
20) You have MySpaceIM installed for those times you are not connected to MySpace.
