yes, we are a human race,
sharing a common place.
We continue to live,
from what we give
sometimes we are cool,
as we take care of each other.
Sometimes we are fools,
as we act like cancer.
(we fall together
we rise together
as we get meaner and meaner
there is no winner)
When cruelty flares
with a wave of nightmares,
it affects us all
as it takes its toll.
violence and fears
two ugly twins
which brings us into tears
as a nightmare begins.
let the peace flow
prosperity will glow
bring wars to an end
to fix our land
(we fall together
we rise together
as we get meaner and meaner
there is no winner)
we are as one, as a tree with branches
as diverse ,as a garden of flowers
sharing the sunshine
which keeps us warm and fine.
Let's encourage our diversity
to flow with unity
which would set a nice nature
as we enjoy its mixture.
yes, we are a big team
we may not have the same dream
but we flow and flow in one stream.
let's all be wise
to end our pain
peace will rise
to confirm our gain.
(we fall together
we rise together
as we get meaner and meaner
there is no winner)

Poetry: Being mean
I stumbled over a bag
thrust into my path.
I fell on my knees
and I heard him laugh.
It was something
I never understood.
Why
The nastiness of meanness,
is nevertheless much better,
than a falseness of kindness,
hiding the real truth all away.
Fire
by Lizz Kessler
Awakening
Don't be afraid
I won't harm you now
The beast deep inside is tamed
Really, I promise I won't hurt you.
I know that
by Moeze Lalji
Being mean
Not the average
As in maths
The story
Is about
Deducting
From the average
The rights
Of
Men and women
Knowingly or
Unknowingly
Mean Girl
I'm a mean girl
Talking smack
Shouting back
Missile eyes
Spitting fire
I'm a mean girl
A kick in the chin
I fight to win
Tiny
