They're not little girls anymore, no matter how much you might still think they are. They're not adult women yet, despite how much they like to think they can be. So what are age appropriate gifts for the latter teen years? Especially when giving her gifts used to be as simple as picking up the closest Easy Bake Oven or ordering the most popular American Girl Doll? You can still recall her childhood squeals of delight. Maybe in some far flung corner of your mind, you want to re-enact that same magical smile on her face, despite the aftershock to your ears.

Don't tax yourself this Christmas trying to come up with the perfect gift. There are a few tried and true presents any teen would love to be on the receiving end of. Read on for five, great gift ideas.

2. Tickets to the Movies. Be it on a date, or just hanging out with a friend, teens love going to the movies. While girls might not be so enamored of watching the latest Bond movie, good romance and comedy are two genres they never want to miss. A little extra cash for pizza afterward won't go unappreciated and will encourage them to make an evening of it.

Salons like Mario Tricoci offer facials such as "Nature's Alternative Teen Deep Pore Cleansing" especially designed for teenage skin. Or perhaps she'd enjoy massage therapy, a seaweed wrap or a makeover. Choose a spa treatment your teenage girl will enjoy. It will be more than a gift. It will be a
