Poetry: My worth

by April Miller

Created on: December 15, 2008

I'm not sure why i bothered to ask

I'm not even sure I wanted to know

You blow everything out of proportion

And you didn't hear i word that i said

If you would stop talking and listen long enought to hear

You would understans my words

If you would just pick up the phone

I would tell you where to go

But NO

Your to high strung to care

Your to wired to you video games to listen

Sit it down and step away

You'll see i'm right here

Your always going some where

Always doing something for someone else

Don't you think i need you too?

when are you comming back?

How long do i have to wait?

Have you even noticed that I'm right here?

What do i have to do for you to see me?

Do i mean anything to you?
