If everyone craves lasagna for dinner and you're in a hurry, try this quick lasagna in a skillet! All you need are your ingredients and an electric non-stick skillet for a hearty meal without a lot of preparation and washing up.

Ingredients:

pound ground beef
2 tabsps olive oil
2 tbsps frozen chopped onion or medium onion, finely chopped
1 can diced tomatoes
1 large jar bolognaise sauce

1 packet instant lasagna sheets
1 small jar bechamel sauce
Parmesan cheese

Saute the onion in the oil until it is soft, add the ground beef, and brown the meat. Add the contents of the can of diced tomatoes and the jar of Bolognaise sauce. Stir all together to heat through, then using a slotted spoon, transfer the meat sauce to a bowl. Leave the liquid that remains in the skillet.

Pour a little water into the tomato tin and the bolognaise jar and rinse them thoroughly. Pour the liquid onto the skillet and mix with the sauce left in the pan. Turn down the heat control to just below simmer.

Put two sheets of lasagna on the bottom of the skillet. Spoon half the meat sauce mixture on top of the pasta. Put down another layer of lasagna, then spoon the rest of the meat sauce over that layer of pasta. Put a last layer of pasta on top of the second layer of meat sauce. Rinse out the meat sauce bowl with a little (about 2 tblsps) water and pour it over the pasta. Pour the bchamel sauce over the top layer of pasta.

Turn up the heat control to simmer, and when the pasta is cooked, serve hot, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.

You might not believe its so easy to create lasagna in a skillet, but just give it a try - it's so easy and the result is delicious!
