A teen's hairstyle can say a lot about them. A hair style should match a teen's personality while fitting with their schedules and finances. Lucky for teens and parents, there are numerous easy teen hairstyles that don't require a lot of time or effort. With all the obligations teens already have, saving time on hair care is a must.
~Simple Pony Tail
The pony tail is a classic and easy hair style that works for almost all hair types. A pony tail can be done in a few minutes time. To style a pony tail, simply brush hair, put it a pony tail holder, and spray loose strands into place if necessary. Pony tails can be worn for casual, sporty, or formal styles.
~Classic Bun
A bun works for most occasions. It can be casual or formal. By pulling hair into a pony tail, you can wind hair around the base of the pony tail to create a bun. You can choose to create a tight bun or a loose bun. Use another pony tail holder or bobby pins to hold the bun in place. To add further style, leave a small section of hair out of the bun on each side of the face. Another spin on the classic bun is to braid hair before winding into a bun.
~Layers
Layers are usually easy to style. Hair can be worn up or down. Wash and blow dry layered hair to create a simple, casual look. Quick curls on the ends of the layers can be used to create a more formal look. Either way, layers are quick to style.
~Shag
Not to leave the guys out, the shag style is both stylish and easy to maintain. A comb or fingers can be used to easily move hair into place. Hair gel may be used to keep bangs or fly-aways in place.
~Close Cropped
Guys can also save time with a close crop style hair cut. Hair is normally left no more than an inch or two long. With little hair, no styling is needed. Wash, dry, and go.
~Bangs
Bangs can actually work for both guys and girls. They are easy to style and maintain. There are a variety of styles for bangs which suit every personality. Teens should look talk to their stylist carefully before getting bangs to determine the best look for them.
