Healing
There are many things
I thought I'd never do again
Through fate's twisted strings
Love became one of them
Or so I believed
Because of the pain I suffer
I never conceived
That my heart could recover
You changed that feeling
Altered the hopeless view
I can feel it beginning
To open my heart anew
But I'm still unsteady
My mind still unsure
My heart's not yet ready
But hope is secure
As long as you are mine
And love me the way you do
Given a bit of time
My love's blossom will bloom for you
