Life is full of ups and downs

Ins and outs and in betweens

One minute you're on top of your game

The next your down lower than the ground

Through it all, life is there

Life can take you all kinds of places

Exciting, engaging, thrilling, and new

Intimidating, shocking, awful, or blue

No matter where the destination

Life will take you there

In a year, life can change

For better or for worse

Its all in what you make of it

Only you can choose

Whether you want to win or lose

Ready or not cause here it comes

Then in a flash you see it go

You can watch it pass you by

Or embrace it, and learn to fly

Either way its up to you

A life takes time to achieve

A life takes time to grow

Worlds of opportunity and chances

Doors open and close in single glances

Life's a journey, don't stay and sitRemember, its what you make it.
