Google is one of the biggest search engines available to the masses today. This would explain why it has an ever-growing popularity among the masses. If ever there was a place to find anything and everything from A to Z, it would be Google. It would be surprising to find a human being that works with computers who hasn't used Google on numerous occasions.

Google has not only made it possible to do very effective searches, they have made it possible to do everything else right there. If you have not used

Google, you are missing out on some great ways to compact everything into one space. Here are some examples of the things that you can do with Google:

Search Engine - First and foremost, Google is a search engine. That is what it was brought into existence for. It is easy to search and find just about anything that you want when using Google. Google crawls all over the web in search of specific keywords. It then fills your screen with as many possible web pages for you to choose from. In fact, there are often far too many results to ever look at all of them. Not to worry. The websites that match closest with your chosen search word will pop up first.

Personalization- Google makes it possible for you to personalize you search engine. It's called IGoogle and it's awesome. You can choose from several backgrounds, you can choose from applications that you want to show up when you sign on to your account and best of all, you can access it from any computer anywhere in the world.

Photo Editor- Google has it's own photo editor, better known as Picasa, which you can download and use for free. There is a small catch. Not all of the features are made available on the free version. However, Picasa is a great editor even in the free version of the software. It's a great way to get those pictures into one place and to edit them as you please. Try it out if you haven't. You will really enjoy this software.

Maps- If you are a map enthusiast, you will love Googles maps. They are far better, in this writers opinion, than Mapquest. You can see the map in a normal mode or you can view a real time map that is actually a satellite view of the roads. Wanting more? Then all you have to do is download the free Google Earth. This is an awesome mapping system with ariel satellite views of just about anyplace on Earth that you can imagine.

Finding photos- Are you looking for a certain photograph of someone or something. It's easier than ever to find using Google Images. Type in a name or phrase
