Like most of us, I'm sure I could come up with many more things than 10 but I'll cut it off when I hit that magic number.
I want to be headache free. As a daily sufferer of headaches, that no one has been able to explain or cure, I'd appreciate if those left immediately. If that's not possible I'd like everyone I know to stop asking if I have a headache every time they see me. If I have a headache daily chances are I have one when they ask, so there's no need to go there.
I want high school to be easier for everyone. I'm not talking the classes - those could stand to be more challenging in a lot of our schools. I'm talking about the silly cliques, social standards and drama that everyone has to deal with. It's ridiculous.
I wish Coca-cola was the only drink served in every restaurant I hate needing to order something else when all I really want is a Coke, and no Pepsi won't cut it.
I want every girl to know how to change a tire and use standard household tools. While a knight in white armor would be nice every time a woman is stranded on the side of the road with a flat, it's not likely. Change your own tire and unclog your own sink!
I want the whole world to remember to take the X out of the back of their jackets, coats and skirts. It is there to hold the material together in the shipping process. It is not part of the fashion statement. And people just look silly walking down the street with it still attached.
I wish people would stop and think before they ask stupid questions. You know the type. After you say "I burned my tongue on this coffee," they are the ones who ask, "Is it hot?" No, genius, it's cold that's why I burnt my tongue. Um, right.
I want all teen authors to stop penning articles that focus only on sex, drugs and drinking. News flash: for most of the world's teens there is more to life than those three topics and they are smart enough to read about other topics. I wish these authors tried to be original.
For good measure: I want all my student loans and bills to be paid off soon! Yeah, don't we all. It ain't going to happen.
I want the world to listen to at least a couple carefully selected country music songs to prove the point that it isn't as horrible as everyone makes it out to be. So far I've not meet anyone who can't be converted at least a little, but people need to give it a try.
I want people to stop making negative comments about the fact that I have 8 younger siblings, from the same two parents. They aren't neglected, forgotten about, or deranged. They are each wonderful individuals and my parents knew exactly what they were doing. Thank you very much.
