Blistering ANGRY tears,
Scalding icy skin.
Trembling scared
Of the mess I'm in.
Clutched in my hand
Your spidery note
The last ever traces
Of the letter you wrote.
A final message
Smudged with my tears.
We squandered time
Believing we had years.
Here, then gone,
Stolen away
I'm here exploding
unfinished words to say.
Blistering ANGRY tears,
One day they will subside
I will learn to let go
And say a final goodbye.
