Yes, people can read minds. There is technology out there. The military has this sophisticated technology called voice to skull. V2K or voice to mind has been around along time. It was developed in the 1940s for use in combat so the enemy would not hear the other side. I've seen this on the Internet and did some research. I have also been a victim of it. It isn't just used for reading minds. There are terrorist out there that use it to hurt people. They are stalking organizations that use this as a weapon. It is used by using radio signals frequencies and electromagnetic frequencies. The signal is a form of communication that can only be heard by the victim. This communication is a voice and you can actually hear it in your head but the person standing next to you cannot. Sounds crazy. It isn't, it is true.

Some of these signals if they are high enough can cause pain, depression and even death. Certain flashing lights can cause these types of problems too. All this is not just called mind control. It has been referred to as electronic harassment and electronic brainwashing. No citizen is safe. If anyone has ever been in the armed forces they know this to be true.

Imagine how you would feel if you were hearing a voice that no one else heard and you knew the voice. With this technology the stalker can read your mind 24/7. It is like living with someone in your head. Also with this they can give subliminal messages as a form of hypnosis. While you sleep or awake it doesn't matter. Can you read their mind too? Only if they want you too. They always knew what I was thinking because they told me. Even when I wasn't thinking or didn't know I was thinking a certain thing, they knew. There is many articles on this subject and many victims. They are trying to pass laws to protect the average citizen against this kind of torture. The laws are called anti stalking. We are hoping it will allow an investigation to be done instead of saying the person is crazy. There are organizations that are out there to help victims but there is no one to prevent it. I've heard of tinfoil hats and even foil lined clothing to protect against it. If you are a disbeliever just look it up for yourself. I don't think it will work.

The only real way to help yourself or if you know a victim is to report it to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Go on line and you will see information about how to report this crime. The only problem with this is many times police and F.B.I are involved too. The
