Deepen the heartache,
Torn in half,
Rip at my lifeline,
Relivin' my past.
It's tempting
and taunting,
It's sacred
and haunting.
Hold me so tightly,
Cut off this pain.
Burning desire,
That drives me insane.
But you can't disengage me,
From rising above,
The hurt from your running,
from falling in love.
Touching and feeling,
My heart you're stealing.
Loving and knowing,
That this love keeps growing.
Hurting and frowning,
In love, I'm drowning.
It's tempting and taunting,
It's sacred and haunting.
Hold me so tightly,
Cut off this pain.
Burning desire,
That drives me insane.
