Hybrid animal life forms may wish for the humans on earth to think that, and they may sell themselves as highly evolved animals when they are nothing more than genetic freaks, but there is too much evidence of Eden existing in Ethiopia, which is the source of the Nile (Lake Tana).
In Ethiopia, genetic and migratory scientists have traced the first homo sapiens back to a single tribe and ultimately to one man. Spencer Wells, Ph.D., whose work has appeared in National Geographic, articulates the idea of foundational DNA in Ethiopian tribes as well as anyone.
Conceivably, Adam possessed all of the DNA for all potential races, so that humans did not evolve, but races did. Perhaps Jesus carries within him this same comprehensive DNA makeup as a half-brother of Adam, both having the same biological "Father." So where did the white races come from? Perhaps Eve was white, having been taken from a rib bone. Genesis may not be such a fairy tale after all. Besides, if extraterrestrials, who probably live within the earth, created us, we would be made in their image. And humans are not freaks, but wonderfully made.
Ethiopia, formerly my home, is a fascinating though greatly impoverished nation; it is one of the most ancient nations on earth, and is the location of the oldest human remains yet found. It is also the only independently Christian nation in Africa, heavily influenced by the Coptic church, which was founded by St. Mark or John Mark. Ethiopia's former name, Abyssinia, means "mixed races." The Greeks changed the name of Abyssinia to Ethiopia, which means "people of burnt faces" - hardly flattering, but we must ask, did the Greeks wish to cover up the fact that a literal Eden did exist in Ethiopia? The name change is telling, on several counts. It also bears pointing out that in Ethiopia there are over 80 dialects among various clans, and all in one nation. No other nation can boast this ancient diversity; so those who say Eden was in Ethiopia have plenty of evidence to support their claim.
In the Dead Sea Scrolls there is commentary offered by Abraham, who claims to have journeyed around Eden, which may have taken him as far north as Syria, eventually bringing him back to Ethiopia along the Red Sea.
Lastly, the presence of the word Elohim, which is a plural word for gods, in the opening of Genesis is suspect - not a mistake, but evidence of tampering by so-called extraterrestials who may wish for us to think that there are many gods, not one, which is problematic: too many cooks spoil the broth.
There is too much balance and ingenuity in nature, I believe, for anyone to make a valid case that we are the products of more than one God.
