She stands nervously in front of you, fidgeting and biting her lip. You, just as uneasy as she, struggle to convert thoughts and feelings into words.
"What if I say something stupid? What if she rejects me?" Doubts swirl in your head like sharks circling prey... No matter how hard you try, your mind remains blank.
It's awfully tempting to lie to women to impress them. After all, you're going to hear a lot of stories from other guys where it worked. But at what cost? There are a lot more important factors that go into attracting women than just what you have to say.
If your goal is to ruin things with someone before they even have a chance to get started, then go ahead and tell all the lies you want. If you want to start something off on the right track, and live with integrity, then be honest with yourself as well as her. Honest guys who are confident and comfortable around women are going to be far more attractive than some whiny weasel pretending to be something he's not.
Women are pretty smart and intuitive. They will figure you out quickly if you're not being honest with them. The biggest thing that's going to help you is to work on your inner game.
When you approach a woman all nervous, sweaty, and stuttering all over yourself, it reeks of insecurity. Not to mention the fact that guys who have to lie are just insecure by nature. Women are not attracted to insecure men, and vice versa. Who wants to be with someone who isn't even comfortable in their own skin?
Someone who has to lie about who they are obviously doesn't think that they're good enough. They clearly don't even like themselves. Is that the message you want to project to the world? Is there really any good reason for you to believe that you're not good enough?
It is impossible to love someone who doesn't love themselves first. If you're lying to women to impress them or to get laid, you don't truly love and respect yourself. If you love and respect yourself, then everyone else will follow. Women are not going to want to be with a man that they don't respect.
If you're honest, compassionate, confident, and comfortable with yourself you'll find that all the troubles you thought you had with women quietly slipped away. Once you get those approach anxiety and insecurity issues worked out, the success you experience with women will blow you away. The only thing standing in the way of success in your love life is you.
