She walked the sandy beach line confident and nude
She crept past lovers kissing so as not to disturb their mood.
She passed a young man fishing who smiled, relaxed and warm
She spied a hurried sand crab make preparation for a storm.
She marveled at the moon's reflected image on the sea
Then pondered for a moment on her own life's brevity.
The salty night air fragrance o'er the course warm beach of sand
Keep embers of her heart subdued to rage of flame when fanned.
In the sand her footprints cease, plastered memories renewed.
While he sleeps at home not knowing she walked confident and nude.
