I have an idea, a religion some say
about not having punishment but your own dismay
at what it may be that you've done with your life
how you handled good times, how you handled strife
it embraces all, Buddhist, Christian, or Jew
it's commandments are simple and only a few
do right by your fellows would be the first one
an encompassing edict if ever one was
the second would probably say something like
if theres nothing to do, do something nice
a third just may follow, as commandments do
something about treating others like they should treat you
another good point is that death is no end
you just get to go somewhere to meet all your friends
Who you may pray to really doesn't matter
because it obviously worked at some time, in some manner.
Which religion you have isn't the main case
but simply that in something you have put your faith.
