The Quiet
As I sit alone the thoughts of the world pass me by
There is nothing but the beat of my heart and the sound
Of the clock ticking as time seems to fly
But all of these images and thoughts in my head
Just fade away, now quietly dead
I do not hear or feel anything else
Only a quiet upon my soul

its beauty abounds for miles
it's as though the mountains reach
