Before you I was ok, now I lay here battered and beaten and afraid to take a breath.
Before you I could smile, now I wonder what that feels like.
Before you I was much stronger. Now I can't seem to rise up off the ground.
Before this I didn't know what to be, but now I see that to make it out of here I need to find me.So I thank you now, because before you I was lost and unsure, but as I get up and finally walk away, I can say that now I am who I should be, I am exactly where I should be and that's all because I wasn't her before you

and red from screaming and crying
I need you to help brake down my wall. Show me that I have nothing to be afraid of at all. Take me in your arms and holdme
