bound by a
secret love
i wait for him
to realize the
depths of my
devotion.
yet, i fear
that should he
learn of my love
he would reject it,
throw it back,
and depart
from my side
forever.
i hope, i fear,
i need, i want,
all this and more
do i feel
for him.
bound by a
secret love
i wait for him,
in silence i wait,
hoping, fearing,
for the return
of my love.
