the footprints in the sand
are filled to the brim
with the drool of the sea.
we walked the two of us
down the paths of romance
and our toes grew soft
with sand.

and I pray to anyone

that watch us tonight...
may he always walk down
the paths that will bring him
the truest of happiness.
