I do not think we should fear a loving God. It mentions in many places in the Christian bible that our God is a loving God. From Adam, and all the way through the Old Testament all of the highly mentioned people showed no fear of God. They showed respect, admiration, honor, and they all fell short in some way to meet all of God's expectations and rules. David was God's favorite person, other than Jesus, that ever lived. David did everything wrong according to God's Law. According to the Bible he did repent and show sorrow for all the things he did wrong, which were many, and brutal. We should fear Lucifer, as he is the one Angel that showed that he had absolutely no fear of God, and no respect. I relate fear to being scared or terrified of something or someone and I don't feel this way about God. The Bible has been revised and translated so many times by people who changed things that they had their own opinions on. I'm sure that the Bible didn't originally say anything about fearing God.

I think that most of the changes done by the translators were directly caused by Lucifer. Remember he has almost as much power as God. After all he sat right beside God and was the Arch Angel, who was replaced by Gabriel. Most people who refer to fearing God believe there is a burning Hell. I think anyone that believes this is very narrow minded. Sheol was the original term used in the Bible for hell and the grave. There was a term used in Bible days for the ever burning garbage pit where everyone threw their trash. Someone mixed this up with an everlasting burning hell for the Sinners to go after death. In general I don't think the punishment for murdering ten people should be burning forever, since forever is a long long time. We pay right here on this Earth for our sins. If you just think about it and review your own life I think you will agree. God doesn't cause accidents that kill a group of Righteous people, Satan does. All of the bad things that happen on this Earth are created and caused by the Devil. God is good and would never have these evil thoughts or create anything bad. Satan is the creator of evil and Blasphemy. The difference between God and Satan is simply good and evil. All religions have their good and bad doctrines and beliefs. I have studied with Wesleyans, Jehovah's Witnesses, Jewish People, and Muslims. I have found good and bad in all of them. We never were perfect people and never will be. We can only do the best we can in all our endeavors and everyday lives. The one thing I want to say about most Christian Religions is their teachings of fear of God, when I think they should be concentrating on the evils of Satan. God gives us no reason to be afraid of him, even if we sin forty nine times a day, which the Bible says A good man does. Jesus, his Son came and went through a tormenting death to save us from the fear of God. Fear Satan and Love God and I think we will be alright.
