I disagree very strongly about this debate. Although a student may have a higher IQ, and their mind may be able to stop feelings from being as active as they may be in other people, does not show that a student is less likely to be sexually active.

Your IQ will not, and cannot determine if you can fall in love or not. Everyone has an equal chance of falling in love with another person. When you fall in love with someone, your chances of being more sexually active is much higher, especially if the person you love feels the same way about you. If you have a higher IQ or not, it is nearly impossible for you to not be able to fall in love. If your IQ is high, it does not mean your heart is a black hole.

Students with a high IQ have one big difference from students with lower IQs, this is that they have more common sense. A student with a higher IQ will have enough common sense to not want to go get drunk, or go do drugs, or even have sex with random people. Even though they have common sense though, this will not stop them from falling in love and wanting to have sex. Falling in love is a very beautiful thing, and when you encounter it, your mind has no say in whether it wants to love or not, it is up to your heart to decide. Your heart will find love and sex, and your IQ will have nothing to do with it.

Many people believe that smart people will never find love, will never have sex, and will only be able to be smart. Although people do believe this, it is not true. Students with higher IQs may be more motivated not to do sports or may not want to go to huge parties, but they are still normal people, and have the same chance of falling in love and having sex. It is not up to the mind to tell students that they cannot love, it is up to the student's heart. Your IQ does not have to do with your heart, it has to do more with how quickly people can react and complete a problem placed in front of them. This means that your IQ has nothing to do with your heart, or how sexually active you are. It is still your choice to take a chance and go for it.

If your think about it, coming to a conclusion of "students with a higher IQ are less likely to be sexually active" is not correct. Although a student with a higher IQ can think faster, or maybe be able to do other things better then some people, it does not mean that the student will not be sexually active. Your IQ will not determine if you are sexually active or not, but it will determine other things, such as how quickly you may be able to do a written problem, or how much common sense you will have.
