T'was the night before Christmas? More like two months
You've written eight times, and not thanked me once.
They all start the same, telling how good you've been
A perfect little angel, not one single sin.
Then comes the list filled with all of those toys
Usually reserved for good girls and boys.
A Wii? An iPhone? A brand new guitar?
Just who in the world do you think you are?
The list gets much longer, so much you desire
Just skimming it makes my blood pressure higher.
Then, after that, you actually say
You'll leave milk and cookies on Christmas day.
In all the years I've been coming here
Not one single morsel for me or the deer.
Ol' Santa knows who's been bad or good
And you're worst of all in your neighborhood.
No creature was stirring for you killed the mouse.
I'm thinking, this year I'll just skip your house
Maybe next time you'll think about things.
More likely you'll steal those five golden rings.
You've taken the jolly right out of Saint Nick
I actually think that I'll call in sick
Maybe the Mrs. will make me some cider
And let me get warm and snuggle beside her
Yep, I'll stay home and sit by the fire
You've helped me to see that it's time to retire.
No more long hours in blinding snow
I'll tell all the elves that they've been let go.
Things will be tough for a whole lot of kids
I hope you are proud of what you did.
Just a little gratitude, its not hard to do.
On second thought I should thank YOU

Hello little one, I have just heard
That your Mother explained, in very careful words
How my job is done all around the world

"Dear Timmy..."
Timmy, I see everything
And I'm sure you are a liar
Don't tell me you're an angel
You caught your sister's hair
