Every time I see an article like this, I think, "Pyramid scheme" and than disregard, everything it says. Daily we get emails stating, "make money now" or "work from home" and delete them without a second thought. I decided to look into one way to generate income; this article will show you how easy it is to generate a potential income in the thousands if not more.

Blogging is an internet phenomenon that began in the mid 1990's because of the online diary. It was a place people could go and write about their feelings and views with little to no repercussions and a potentially massive readership available. A student at Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania named Justin Hall is recognized by many as one of the founding "fathers" so to speak of the current blogging world. He began blogging in 1994 and for the next 11 years blogged about many different ideas, things, movies and more. Over this time, the self-proclaimed "blogosphere" literally blew up and became thousands of blogs on every topic known to man. He did not start it as money making potential yet it became that for him. Now there are hundreds of bloggers, some generating tens of thousands of dollars in ad revenue annually. Thanks to companies like Google, and others there is ad generating programs that can now be attached directly to your blog. I use Adsense on my blog and have had favorable results. Averaging .50 cents to 2.00 a click these ads generate money for me. How can you do this as well? Here are some basic steps to setting up, maintaining, and circulating a successful blog.

1. Find a blogging site that you prefer, you can set one up for free with Blogger hosted by Google click here. There are many more, however this one is HTML friendly and allows for the posting of videos, pictures, and your own personal written content!

2. Utilize their tools and help menus to build the perfect site for yourself, how do you want it to look, what do you want it to portray to the general public, and who do you want viewing it, all of these are easily adjusted questions within the Blogger database.

3. Next you want to name your blog, what is it you want to say? Come up with that name and make sure it fits with the message you will be putting out there. The best part about this is that the name on the blog can be changed if necessary.

4. Generate a profile and begin looking for good ads to attach to your blog. I use Adsense as it is simple to use and attaches directly to the Blogger . Adsense you to place ads that
